With the Birthday Girl!
Mary Frances is at such a fun age. This year for her birthday we were really able to have a themed celebration which centered upon her interests. So, if you haven't already guessed, she had a ballet themed birthday party! It was so much fun!

We had the party at my parent's church in the ballet room. As the girls arrived, we had a table with ballet coloring pages for them to color. Once everyone arrived, my friend, Lindsey, who also happens to teach at Mary Frances' ballet studio, came and did the ballet portion of the party. All of the little girls came dressed up and seemed to have so much fun dancing and twirling. I loved seeing Mary Frances' friends in their favorite tutus. And Lindsey did an excellent job leading the girls in their ballet dances. This was by far one of my favorite parties we have had!

Mary Frances seemed to have a lot of fun. She is at a funny stage where she seems to get overwhelmed at birthday parties. If she didn't see Paul or myself in the ballet room, she would get upset, but over all I think she had a great time and enjoyed being with her friends.

After the dancing, we had a light lunch for the girls followed by cupcakes and singing happy birthday. You could tell Mary Frances was so proud to blow out
three candles! She sure is a cutie! And I loved the cupcake toppers from
this shop on Etsy. I had planned on keeping them, but all of the little girls seemed to like them so much they took them home!
And as a parting gift, each girl was able to take home a new tutu.
