Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend! We had so much fun with friends, Easter Egg Hunts, celebrating Christ's resurrection and being with family. Friday night we hung out at home. We wanted to go to our church's Good Friday service, but Mary Frances was melting down at 5:30, so we decided to opt for an early bed time and stay home. It was nice to be at home since Paul had just spent the week in the UK. On Saturday, we went to our church's Easter Egg Hunt, which was so much fun! Yes, I know Mary Frances can't really hunt for Easter Eggs, but it was fun to dress her up and spend time with friends and take pictures. And, she may or may not have had her first skittle on the way home. It's still up for debate...

Sunday, we went to Christ Church for the Easter service. My family joined us, which was a special treat! We then made the trek to Lithonia to have our annual Easter lunch with Paul's grandmother and mom's family. We always love spending time with the Corbett family. Linda is one of five children, 3 girls and 2 boys, so there is always a lot of activity going on there! Our group was a little smaller this year, but we had so much fun talking, eating, hunting for eggs, watching the little lady, etc. Mary Frances was pretty much the center of attention, if you can imagine that. However, she loved it and ate every little bit of it up. Hopefully she won't give me a run for my money today since I'm the only one giving her attention. We shall see!
