11 months!

Mary Frances turned 11 months old last Wednesday.  T minus 1 month and counting until her first birthday!  I cannot believe it!  We are still enjoying every moment with this sweet little girl.  She is a joy to be with and so content and happy.  We are so thankful that God has blessed us with this precious child!

Here is what she is up to this month:
- pulling up in her crib and attempting to pull up on all furniture
- crawling everywhere!
- she is into opening and closing things, especially cabinet doors or doors of any kind
- she loves Maggie and follows her around everywhere
- Mary Frances has started to point, which is fun to figure out what she is pointing at
- takes off flying walking when she is holding onto your fingers
- understands more and more each day and can usually do what I ask of her like "wave" or "come with me," etc.
- she loves to read, especially the touch and feel books
- she enjoys more and more feeding herself solid food and is expanding her palate
- she has started to hold up things for you to see;  whatever she finds and picks up she shows you

I feel like I am forgetting somethings, but will come back at edit the list if I think of any more.

Mary Frances is so engaging and usually has multiple people giving her attention wherever we go.  She loves to interact with others, adults or children.  The last part of last week we went to Savannah for a family vacation (hence why this post is a little late).  One night we were eating dinner and the large table next to us was having some sort of celebration.  Every once in a while someone would clap and Mary Frances would turn around and start clapping with them!  Talk about Miss Social :)

As you can see we love our little girl and cannot wait to celebrate her birthday next month!
