Easter

We had a sweet Easter Sunday this year.  We woke up, gave the girls their Easter baskets and enjoyed watching them look at their "treats."  Mary Frances seemed more interested in Margaret's goodies than her own :)

We then got ready for church.  We had planned on going to the 9:15 service and had spent the night before getting everything prepared for the day so that we could be on time.  I laugh because Paul and I spent over an hour getting everything ready Saturday night.  It did make the morning go much smoother!  Anyways, we had a wonderful Easter service celebrating a risen Lord!  This morning, Mary Frances made a reference to Easter and said, "That's when God raised from the dead."  Sweet girl is listening and processing!  I love it!

After church, we went to Paul's grandmother's house for Easter.  Meema always has Easter lunch and an egg hunt at her house.  This is the second time we have been since Mary Frances was born.  She was the only child hunting eggs (the other grandchildren who are 17+ years hunted too) and she LOVED every minute of it.  My family came as well, so Mary Frances had a lot of attention focused on her and she certainly delivered!  Margaret enjoyed some love as well and cannot wait until next year to join big sister in the egg hunting.
