Our sweet Margaret turned four months old on Sunday, the 14th, and we had her four month visit this past Tuesday. If you were to ask me about her, I would tell you she is so yummy. Paul laughs because I describe our children like they are food. However, she really is so deliciously sweet it is hard to want to do anything but hold her and stare at her. Of course that is not always possible, but I love to do it when I can!

Margaret loves to look around and observe new things. I love watching her take in a book and I love how she puts her left hand on the edge, acting like she is shutting the book. She loves to watch her sister and follows her around the room with her eyes. When Margaret got her four month shots, she was watching big sister and didn't even cry with the first shot. It wasn't until after the second shot that she started to cry. She loves Mary Frances! I also love the way she looks up at me when I am feeding her or holding her. When I look down at her she just smiles and smiles. It melts my heart! She definitely has a special smile for her mommy!

Overall, Margaret is just such a sweet baby. I would say she is content most of the time unless she is tired, hungry or has to burp. She does sleep well. I laugh because she is already so different from Mary Frances. She is a good napper, but it took me a while to figure out that she stirs and sometimes cries about forty-five minutes to an hour into her nap. It is like clockwork. If I let her be, though, she will usually go back to sleep and finish out her nap. Mary Frances really wasn't like that, so it is interesting figuring out the quirks of another baby knowing that what worked for Mary Frances may not work for Margaret. (If you want to compare the two girls go

We love our little Margaret! Here are a few more pictures from this past month:
