The Farm

Last weekend, Paul and I took Mary Frances to Cagle's Family Farm in Canton, GA.  We went last year and had a wonderful time and decided to go again this year.  Mary Frances loved "the farm" and keeps asking to go back.  Some of our activities included a hay ride with a herding demonstration, petting the farm animals, and jumping on the bouncy pad.  Last year we picked out a pumpkin at the farm.  We wanted to this year, but a few potty training trips to the car later and we decided it was time to go.  We'll pick out a pumpkin somewhere closer :)

Family picture after the hay ride - not the best
but the only one we had while we were there.
It really was fun to see how Mary Frances' interest level in various activities had changed between last year and this year.  She was much more interested in the animals and actually feeding them.  She also was able to and cooperative enough to stand still so we could take her picture by the measuring stick and see how much she has grown!
So tall!
Showing us how big baby is
Helping daddy feed the goats
Looking at the baby cows
Feeding the pigs
Of course, her favorite thing was the bouncy pad.  The girl could have jumped for an hour if we had let her.  It was fun entertainment and definitely helped produce a long nap that afternoon.
Getting straight to business
So fun!
Love her!
We are looking forward to going back next year with baby in tow!

Love,
Katy
